About the Business
Driven by a passion for making fine dining more accessible, Egidio Squillace founded Compa — an Italian restaurant café offering gourmet, on-the-go meals for busy customers. The menu includes signature pinsas, paninis, salads, sweets and coffee, all created with the same care and craftsmanship found in Egidio’s traditional restaurants.
A veteran chef with multiple venues across WA, including Birraz Ristobar, Egidio’s growing success at Compa meant he needed refrigeration with greater storage capacity, backed by reliable performance and strong customer support, to keep up with demand.
