If the temperature display on your unit has stopped working while the unit itself is still cooling, it's possible that the issue lies with the batteries powering the digital display.

Several of our ranges utilise battery-powered digital temperature displays. This includes our chest freezers and certain models of our vertical display and storage fridges and freezers. The batteries used in these displays are LR44 (also known as A76) and can be easily found at most hardware stores.

If the issue persists even after replacing the batteries, or if you have any other questions or concerns, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you further.

While Bromic Refrigeration doesn't currently offer a preventative maintenance service, our Customer Service team are here to support you in finding qualified technicians in your area who can perform these services and help set up suitable maintenance programs tailored to your units and specific conditions.

Regular servicing is essential to ensure the longevity of your unit and maintain its optimal performance. We highly recommend customers to schedule regular servicing to keep their units in top shape and running smoothly.

Resetting the Min/Max temperature recording on your Vaccine Fridge is a simple process. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in the user manual specific to your unit.

While Bromic does not supply wall mounting kits, some customers have successfully wall-mounted our back bar units. However, we want to emphasise the importance of taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe and reliable wall-mounting solution.

If you plan to wall-mount your unit, it's crucial to consider the following:

• Ensure proper ventilation at the back of the unit to maintain its optimal performance.
• Verify that the wall-mounting solution can support the weight of the unit when fully loaded.
• Seek professional advice on the structural integrity of the wall and the weight rating of the mounting solution to ensure a secure installation.

Please note, that the decision to wall mount the unit is at the full discretion of the owner. While some customers have had success with wall mounting, Bromic Refrigeration can't be held responsible for any malfunctions or issues if these factors haven't been adequately addressed.

We advise against using Bromic units outdoors as they haven't been tested or approved for outdoor use. Exposure to elements such as rain, direct sunlight, or dust may cause the units to fail or become unsafe.

To ensure the safety and proper functioning of your Bromic unit, it is best to use it indoors where it is protected from outdoor conditions.

Proper airflow is essential for the optimal performance of our units. As a general suggestion, we recommend leaving a clearance of 150mm on all sides of the unit. However, it's important to note that factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, and room airflow can significantly impact the breathing requirements of the unit.
