Challenge

With greater food type offerings and sights to open more stores in WA and expand to the east coast of Australia, Jester’s refrigeration needs have also increased. In addition to reliability, Jester’s was looking for one brand to cater to all their needs from storing hot pies, to displaying drinks.

Solution

After trialing different brands, Jesters continue to choose Bromic for the consistent performance across different types of refrigeration units. For Jester’s, the following Bromic units were supplied:

  • BB0200GD-NR-1 – a hinged double door back bar 190L fridge that fits seamlessly under the coffee station, providing clear visibility of milk supply. This makes it convenient and easy for staff to refill products when required, allowing customers to receive their drinks swiftly.

  • CF0300FTSS-NR – a 296L storage chest freezer with a compact yet spacious for deep freezing. The stainless-steel lid offers back of house staff an additional space to prep their made in house pies.

  • GD0500LF – an upright display fridge with glass door; the is the perfect fridge for displaying products front of house. The self-closing door provides a hassle-free experience for customers whilst preserving the food’s quality.

  • PP2370 – a 3 door pizza prep fridge provides the chefs with a great prep and storage solution in one. As the largest pizza prep fridge option, the extra bench space is perfect for high volume service to keep up with your customer’s demands.

We’ve used Bromic in a lot of our stores. We’ve found them to be one of the most reliable units that we’ve ever use and present well. The pizza prep benches are by far the best ones for its deep production area and generous size. We’ll only use Bromic moving forward.
