Our Open Hot Display Semi Vertical unit offers a low-height, open display designed to improve product access and visibility at set temperatures, making it ideal for self-service and front-of-house environments. Clear sides, canopy and undershelf lighting ensure products are clearly seen for easy browsing and decision-making.
A thermal curtain and fan-forced airflow support stable, even heat distribution, while the digital controller enables precise temperature control between 30°C and 85°C. With 1.21m² of display area across three shelves, the unit provides flexible product presentation for a range of hot food items and fits easily into smaller or high-traffic areas. Its open design makes self-selection easy, reducing the need for staff-served counters while keeping hot food available to customers.
