The ideal temperature will depend on what you are storing in the fridge. Food that is ready to eat should be stored at 4°C or below and perishable goods will need to be stored between 0°C to 4°C.
All of our under bench fridge range comes with a digital temperature control allowing you to set the ideal temperature for your environment with greater accuracy compared to an analogue controller. With a consistent and appropriate temperature, your produce will stay fresh for longer.
