Regular servicing is essential to ensure the longevity of your unit and maintain its optimal performance. We highly recommend customers to schedule regular servicing to keep their units in top shape and running smoothly.

No, there's no need to register your Bromic unit for warranty. We automatically process warranties based on the purchase date and product details. Rest assured, your purchase is covered by our warranty policy from the moment you receive your Bromic product. If you have any concerns or questions about the warranty, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team.

Absolutely! We understand that issues can arise at any time, and we're here to support you even after hours or on the weekends. If you require assistance during these times, our extensive network of licensed technicians is available to help.

In the event that a service call is needed after hours, Bromic will cover the cost of a regular call-out and any required parts. However, please note that the customer will be requested to cover the additional charge for the after-hours service, which is typically charged separately by the technician before their visit.

Currently, we don't offer an extended warranty. However, we provide an Extra Care warranty as a standard inclusion with all our products. This warranty covers you against any possible manufacturing defects or issues and ensures timely assistance in resolving them. Our warranty for spare parts is 3 months, given that the parts have been installed by a licensed refrigeration technician. To process the warranty claim, Bromic requires a detailed report from the technician diagnosing the failure. Additionally, the part must be returned to Bromic for testing.

You can find the serial number on your unit's compliance plate located either inside or on the back of your unit depending on the product model.

For general maintenance tasks like cleaning the condensers and general cleaning, you can perform them yourself or have anyone do it.
